This Privacy Policy explains how AgentRouter handles information when you use our platform, website, workspaces, agents, connectors, providers, memory, flows, and related services.
We may process account information, workspace metadata, authentication events, configuration data, billing and usage records, audit logs, support communications, and content you intentionally provide to agents, tools, connectors, or workflows.
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate workspaces, route provider requests, maintain auditability, prevent abuse, improve reliability, deliver support, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
AgentRouter is designed around workspace isolation. Credentials, provider keys, connector tokens, memory, documents, and agent data are scoped to the relevant workspace and should not be shared across unrelated workspaces.
We apply security controls such as encrypted transport, encrypted credential storage, access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege connector scopes. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but the platform is built with security as a core requirement.
When you connect third-party providers or connectors, information may be sent to those services according to your configuration and their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for choosing which services and credentials to connect.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, unless a shorter retention period is required by your workspace configuration or applicable law.
